The Facebook Global Gaming team’s mission is to build the world’s community to discover, play, watch, and share games. Within the global industry, the greater China region represents one of the most robust gaming ecosystems and the momentum of Chinese gaming companies in the worldwide market is only accelerating forward. Our team’s aspiration is to play an increasingly pivotal role in helping this community of game developers and publishers realize their global ambitions.The Client Solutions Manager focuses on planning, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaign spending for the world’s top tier advertisers. This team collaborates with media agencies, internal sales and cross functional teams to build Facebook’s advertising business through helping clients reach their consumers. This position works with key gaming clients in Greater China, and is based in our Singapore office.

Required Skills:

  1. Strategize, plan and implement all elements of clients' advertising campaigns with a focus on both short-term performance and long-term growth

  2. Work directly with key clients as a Facebook advertising expert

  3. Educate clients on Facebook’s advertising processes, tools, products, and best practices

  4. Work with local, regional, and global cross functional teams to share, establish and improve best practices and procedures

  5. Be a pillar of knowledge within the team on Facebook advertising products and methodologies

  6. Use research and insights to anticipate trends or opportunities and:

  7. Help Facebook further develop and evolve our advertising platform

  8. Help clients and other team members find new, better methods for planning, managing and implementing Facebook ad campaigns

  9. Better understand about clients and the market trends to make better decisions on how to engage and provide the optimal solutions the clients

  10. Shape your account strategy and contribute to the overall vertical / regional strategy

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of experience in brand marketing and/or performance marketing and/or account management and/or data analysis role

  2. Demonstrate ability to think strategically about complex issues on a macro and micro level, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans

  3. Ability to spot trends/patterns and identify marketing opportunities in a timely manner

  4. Strong listening and communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders

  5. Ability to prioritize work and focus on high-priority tasks

  6. Fluency in Mandarin is essential as the successful candidate will manage accounts and clients whose usual business language is Mandarin
