Then we are looking for you to join our team as an Adoption & Change Management Consultant !
As an Adoption & Change Management IT Consultant at Fujitsu you know exactly how our customers can get the most out of the digital workplace. With your profound knowledge of the digital workplace, your vast experience with change management assessments and interventions, you possess the natural ability to make the adoption process a walk in the park for anyone.
You are trusted by your stakeholders, who rely on your advice on how to increase their business productivity. Yet you are also able to communicate and level with any employee within the business. Being close to the customer, you know the adoption and change maturity of a client. You are aware of the desire to change, you know what it takes to take an organization through the natural resistance of change. You can coach the client smoothly to adopt new ways of working. Because of your ability to understand the business and connect with people, you sustain a great working relationship on all levels throughout the process of change, you manage requirements and expectations, driving the client toward a trusted future.
In this role, you will become a valued member of our Fujitsu Consultancy & Professional Services team. You will work closely with other Fujitsu colleagues and contribute directly to the business, by setting up and executing a diverse variety of change projects, organizing knowledge sessions, and staying on top of the latest developments within your expertise.

Kwalificaties
Desired Skills & Experience
You have proven experience in change management methodologies within IT.
Preferably you are Prosci’s ADKAR and Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist certified, or at least have solid knowledge about it.
You have a track record in guiding customers through changes, within large, corporate companies with complex IT structures.
Because of your extensive knowledge of the digital workplace (including Microsoft 365), you can easily identify areas where business productivity can be improved, and you can demonstrate how this improvement can be measured and realized
You excel in building relationships due to your ability to network effectively, you are a strong organizer, and you pay close attention to detail.
You have excellent Dutch and English verbal and written communication skills.
