Job Description

As our company is growing, we are looking for candidates to join our expanding team in preparing for our new product which will be launched soon.

JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you will be building, leading and coaching a sales team in an assigned region. You will drive team sales performance for the product portfolio across clinics, hospitals, private institutions and assigned customers within region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Accountable to meet or exceed team sales objectives for assigned portfolio of product in region. district.

  • Plan and implement programs and activities applicable for the region through regional business planning, and aligning to brand strategy.

  • Identify the High-Value Accounts and key customers within the region and activate engagement plan with a deep understanding of their relevant place in the adoption ladder, behavior and beliefs.

  • Lead, manage and oversee the performance, activities and capability training of sales team.

  • Perform and submit all commercial and administrative requirements with accuracy and

  • Gather market insights, identify potentials and work effectively with Marketing and Medical as a cross-functional team to increase share of voice in disease and product awareness.

  • Drive product listing process in key hospitals, follow through every stage/process to ensure successful listing in timely manner

  • Build strong rapport with key account customers and all stakeholders to ensure successful execution of sales and marketing activities and drive sales and growth of product

  • Conduct CMEs, round table meeting and other activities to constantly engage the stakeholders

  • Familiarize with the ordering and purchasing process for vaccines in Institutions and Teaching hospitals and ensure early access

QUALIFICATION / ATTRIBUTES

  • Degree in sciences is preferred

  • Preferably > 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry

  • Candidates with relevant experience in handling Vaccines products will be an added advantage.

  • Experience in product listing in hospitals is preferred

  • Strong negotiation and business partnering skills with ability to manage and negotiate with key decision makers in the hospitals

  • Strong in planning and execution of sales and marketing plans in the assigned key accounts

  • Customer-focused and ability to build effective customer relationship

  • People manager experienced with strong team work and leadership skills

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills

  • Results-oriented and able to work in fast paced environment

  • Reliable and able to work independently

  • Versatile and resilient, ability to stay positive in pressure environment and work towards delivering results

  • Willing to travel
