AON Pharmacy Analyst (Remote) in Virtual, Minnesota

Aon is hiring for a Pharmacy Analyst!

The Pharmacy Consulting SME provides input on pharmacy benefit consulting and/or pharmacy financial consulting for employers across pharmacy solutions, including the coalition product. Focused on work to ongoing and new clients.

This is a remote role with the flexibility to work virtually from home anywhere within the United States.

What the day will look like:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of pharmacy benefits, developing knowledge on best practices and market trends, and contributing to the developments and enhancement of new and existing products and services

  • Become a pharmacy finance expert, analyzing cost proposals during pharmacy RFP projects or other financial tasks (e.g., pharmacy audit tasks). In addition, learn alongside others in the practice to provide input on the strategy of an RFP and in support of our other services: Audits, PBM Selection Activities, Coalition Opportunities, Market Checks, Implementation Services.

  • Assist senior consultants with marketing and sales efforts and work directly with senior consultants on client projects (RFP, audit, benchmarking, etc.)

  • Perform project management

  • This role will learn to lead meetings with clients, running projects, serving as client-facing SME, and articulating the results from projects and messaging key industry updates

    Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (analytical, financial, and/or client-facing in roles that are similar to consulting)

  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral presentation skills.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Excel (intermediate/advanced proficiency), some experience with PowerPoint

  • Ability to manage expectations and understanding all levels

  • Bachelors or equivalent years of industry experience

    Pay Transparency Laws:

    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is [$55,000 to $85,000] annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

    This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
