Definity First Director of Services Operations in Mexico
We seek a highly skilled Director of Services Operations to join our dynamic team.
As a remote position based in Mexico.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the success of the service operation, including customer satisfaction, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, to understand their needs and expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed expectations.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the professional services operations team to foster a culture of excellence and professional development.
Develop and implement strategic plans and processes to optimize service delivery consistency and quality and enhance operational profitability.
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with other functional teams towards overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing professional services operations in the Software Development and IT Services industry.
Proven track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
