Acting independently under general direction, analyzes financial statements and prepares reports and recommendations for management. Ensures financial business processes are in compliance with accepted accounting principles.

· Analyzes financial statements and prepares reports and recommendations for management, generating forecasts and analyzing trends in sales, finance, and other areas of business to assist in the organization’s financial planning

· Performs annual internal audits, identifying inadequate, inefficient, or ineffective internal controls; recommends improvements

· Prepares monthly forecast and bridge analysis for the P&L

· Analyzes reports and/or corrects multiplicity accounting fluctuations to ensure proper decision making

· Participates in monthly close process by generating various journal entries, preparing required reconciliations, and analytically reviewing specific general ledger accounts for accuracy and proper valuation

· Performs additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Education Level: (Required): Accounting Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

(Preferred): Master's Degree Choose an item or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience: 5 Years Experience in similar position
