Keurig Dr Pepper Financial Analyst in Ireland

Job Overview

This is a 12-month, fixed term contract.

Keurig Dr. Pepper is looking for a hands-on analyst for its Beverage Concentrate Manufacturing operations. This position requires a strong analyst who alongside the Senior Finance Analyst will partner with the Finance Manager and Operations Management to provide decision support, drive cost and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget/Forecasting/Month End Close:

  • Compile weekly/monthly projection and present in action orientated format

  • Provide financial analysis and support for operational finance, developing and publishing mission critical performance reports, and tracking financial performance against agreed metrics

  • Assist in preparation of budgets and quarterly forecast activities for Beverage Concentrate operation.

  • Perform deep dive analyses on root cause of issues and make recommendations on resolution of issues.

  • Coordinate activities with corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial results and assist in other financial closing activities

    Decision Support:

  • Prepare & distribute relevant analysis and reports

  • Interact with operational teams to ensure spend accuracy and identify variances from budget

  • Provide meaningful insight and decision support to site management.

    Data Analysis:

  • Lead master data analysis to identify synergies between data across multiple systems

  • Working cross functionally with supply chain, quality, finance, manufacturing, R&D and global functions to ensure data accuracy.

  • Assist IT with preparation of data for any migration between systems.

    Administrative Activities:

  • Provide ongoing support to the operations and planning teams around accounts payable issue resolution

  • Assist with requesting and circulating relevant Tax compliance/exemption documents

Requirements

    Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience

  • Financial acumen, experience with problem solving with analytical thinking

  • 1+ years’ experience

  • Advanced Excel Skills

  • SAP experience preferred but not essential
