But, to get to where we want to be, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team based in Ireland. Find out more below!

What you will do:

Supporting the Regional Sales Manager with day-to-day management of our direct accounts you will ensure that within Mira Showers’ key merchant, showroom, and retail partners there is an effective execution of the key purchase drivers: Product displays, Product availability and knowledgeable showroom staff to help the consumer choose Mira and feel delighted when they do.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve brand, stock, and merchandising compliance targets to ensure that installers and consumers can understand Why Mira and are able to complete their purchase instore.

  • Deliver engaging training to trade counter, showroom, and retail staff online or instore to ensure they become Mira brand ambassadors and can promote and sell the benefits to their customers.

  • Engage with trade specialist i.e. plumbing and bathroom installers and consumers when in store, acting as the Mira brand ambassador, offering advice, and communicating the benefits of Mira showers to help them choose Mira and feel delighted when they do.

  • Achieve sales targets by securing secondary product siting and additional display space through building a relationship with showroom and retail staff.

  • Undertake tactical field marketing activity that supports key strategic objectives, e.g.: supporting new roll-out of new merchant and retail “In-store Product Display and Point of Sale Fixtures.

  • Communicates clearly at all levels the “Why Mira” message to support our proposition in terms of brand and new product investment to maximise customer commitment and ability to service installer and end consumer demand.

  • Co-ordinates and facilitates staff training on New Products to increase customer Mira product knowledge based on features, benefits and USP’s and drive Kohler Mira vitality score.

  • Communicates “Above the Line” Brand Building activities which mutually benefits all parties to secure measurable customer commitment and consumer access via the distribution, merchant, and retail routes to market.

  • Proactively communicate internally customer branch management and showroom staff changes, new competitor display insight, promotional campaigns, new product display siting.

Skills/Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an external sales role – preferably from within the Kitchen & Bath sector however not essential.

  • Clean, full driving licence isrequired.

  • Valid passportrequiredfor occasional travel to the UK.
