Job Description: -
Overall responsibility of Plant Maintenance of Block as maintenance head.
Monitoring/tracking of annual preventive maintenance schedule for all the plant equipment, as perprocedure defined in SOP.
To monitoring/tracking of breakdown maintenance report
Monitoring of building maintenance schedule as per procedure defined in SOP.
Monitoring/tracking of breakdown trending of Plant equipment
To keep the production equipment in ready state for effective utilization.
To improvise equipment for process requirements and eliminate recurring breakdowns.
Co-ordination with suppliers/service providers for repairs and plant maintenance.
To maintain stock of recommended spares, consumables for critical equipment.
To submit daily, monthly and other periodical reports to department head related to engineeringactivities.
To maintain new equipment with in schedule time.
To ensure that hygienic condition is maintained in production area after maintenance job as perSOP.
To monitor proper work distribution to sub ordinates.
To maintain engineering documents as per GEP.
Any other work responsibility given by the management.
Monitoring/tracking of scheduling at regular intervals in IP24 for preventive once in 7 days.
Reporting will be to engineering head.
Responsibility of Engineering related all QMS document in QMS software.
