Sales Associate Roles and Responsibilities:

Your specific duties will be based on your experience as a Sales Associate. We seek a creative and energetic Sales Associate to add to our growing sales team. You will be responsible for supporting service and relationship strategy with clients and assisting in the planning, executing, and optimizing our sales efforts. You will closely work with the sales director to identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales for WonderBotz.

Expected Activities:

  • Identify and be proactive in cold callings to initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our products/services, and generate leads for our sales team.

  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales

  • Understand products and services offered by WonderBotz and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to client prospects.

  • Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.

  • Gather feedback from customers and provide after-sales support whenever required.

  • Built the WonderBotz brand as well as managed partner brands as individuals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of pre-sales, sales concepts, and best practices

  • Ability to engage the client at both C-suite and operational levels, strong presentation and facilitation skills, structure and facilitate workshops, and identify opportunities for digital transformation programs “on his/her feet.”

  • Must have strong technical understanding of AI-driven contact center solutions and RPA technologies (UiPath, Blueprism, AA, etc.)

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Excellent team building, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Be ready to wear and succeed in multiple hats.

  • Well-versed with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HTML

  • Nice to have a proven ability to define, plan, track, and manage aggressive and successful sales pursuits.
