Job Summary

EQVLMS/Validator-EQ is an application to facilitate the qualification of various Equipment/HVAC at sites. Its another module of Validator (CSVLMS) used to facilitate Computer System Validation. This application is currently implemented at 8 sites across India and Bangladesh and going to be implemented in other sites. To train, implement, manage, upgrade and support the application, an IT Manager is required who will also act as the Technical Owner of this application.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Leads and manages successful implementation of application at sites

  • Train and make sure that adequate training is imparted to stakeholders to use the application effectively

  • Preparing new requirements, issues, and any update in existing workflows after speaking with various users

  • Works closely with business team to understand and evaluate the requirements

  • Preparing URS and sharing with the Vendor to provide the effort estimate for such requirements/ issue resolution

  • Works closely with external vendor to provide solution for L2 issues

  • Providing weekly/monthly application updates & status reports to higher management

Educational Qualification

  • B.Sc./BE/BTech/MCA

Certification(s)

Skills

  • Strong understanding of domain knowledge i.e. Computer System Validation and Equipment Qualification.

  • Strong knowledge of Computer and Equipment validation lifecycle

  • Imparting training on the workflow and usage of application

  • Proficient in communicating with vendors to sort out application problems

  • Exposure of working in Pharma industry

  • Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to follow up and complete tasks

  • Resilient and ability to handle ambiguity and work under pressure/meeting tight deadlines

Experience

12-15 years (preferably, IT Services / Pharma Industry Experience, from organizations of repute)
