Oracle Environmental Health & Safety Specialist in India

Job Description

The Ideal Candidate will have

Develops, and implements process:

  • Work across multifunctional teams and collaborate to meet EHS goals.

  • Ensure compliance with all Oracles standards, local, federal, or regional statutory requirements.

  • Reviews, and thoroughly analyze EHS documentation.

  • Have a track record of large-scale service accountability from multiple jurisdictions.

  • Candidate(s) must demonstrate a strong ability to navigate rapidly changing work scope and the ability to lead EHS discussions with experience and expertise.

  • Support notification, reporting, escalation, and resolution of EHS risks, incidents, and findings.

  • Experience and working knowledge of Data Centers preferred.

  • Familiarity with health & safety practices and/or regulatory compliance preferred. and monitors company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and preference for a Masters in health and safety, industrial hygiene, risk or associated science fields

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in data centre construction required

  • Candidate must have at least one certification, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), Construction Health and Safety Technologist (CHST)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience in interpreting and implementing standards, and processes.

  • Mission Critical project delivery

  • Ability to work with diverse groups across multiple time zones and countries

  • Proficient in MS Office Tools

  • Project and relationship management skills

  • Be comfortable with ambiguity, consistent change, and strong critical thinking skills.
