Qualifications:

As part of Guardian’s strategy to Wow the Customer, Reimagine Mutuality, and Unleash what’s possible; we are building a Data Management Center of Excellence. This team will focus on building an enterprise program to improve the quality, accessibility, and protection of the data supporting Guardian’s critical business and analytics processes.

You will be a crucial part of the team, helping us to design and implement the data management strategy for Guardian from the ground up.

You Will:

•Solve real-world challenges impacting Guardian’s business processes and the customer journey through shopping, purchase, relationship, claims, and service.

•Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish data quality metrics and ensure data quality is maintained throughout the data lifecycle.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of metadata, including data dictionaries, data models, and other metadata artifacts.

•Collaborate with IT teams to implement data management tools and technologies and ensure that data quality requirements are incorporated into the development process.

You Have:

•Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science.

•3+ years of experience in metadata management, data governance, or related field.

•Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.

•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.

•Experience working with data management tools and technologies, such as Collibra.

•Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
