GoTo Program Coordinator in Hungary

Job Description

Where you’ll work : Hungary (Budapest)

This is an 18 month contract role.

Your Day to Day

As a Program Coordinator you would be working on:

  • Develop and implement strategies to effectively build, recruit, and maintain an active customer community program for GoTo’s continuous and varying research needs

  • Evaluate, identify, and execute opportunities to increase the impact of the program

  • Managecommunity interactions, including posting engaging content, responding to customers, and sending recruitment outreach

  • Maintain close communication and partnership with internal stakeholders across departments and portfolios to coordinate efforts to grow the program

  • Facilitate various aspects of participant recruitment for user experience research studies and early access beta programs, including outreach, screening, scheduling, and incentives

  • Monitor and report on program activity and growth to provide visibility to internal stakeholders on the health of the program

  • Co-ordinate, and drive systematic improvements to research documentation

  • Engage UX Research team members to proactively improve the processes and systems that support team operations and collaboration

What We’re Looking For

As a Program Coordinator, your background will look like:

  • 2+ years project or program management experience or equivalent work experience

  • Ability to engage in outreach, connect, communicate and build a community of customers and partners to help us on our product lifecycle journey.

  • Understanding of program management

  • Meticulous tracking and documentation, and the ability to manage time sensitive tasks like recruiting.

  • Confident management of standard office productivity, project and database management toolset
