Job Responsibilities:
To provide full support and assistance to Department Head
To support new product launch, lead and participate in operations related projects
To provide guidance and structure to ensure consistent, superior execution with controls and maintain an environment of continuous optimization of team performance and processes
To motivate and ensure staff are well equipped with sufficient skills and knowledge to deal with business growth as well as to mitigate the takeover risk
To work closely with internal stakeholder (e.g. compliance, risk etc.) to implement proper operational procedures in regulatory and compliance (e.g. AML, DFA and HKMA-RMS etc.)
Job Requirements:
University education or above
Minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury with not less than 3 years at managerial level
Sound knowledge in areas of treasury products
Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements on the relevant areas and internal operational policies and procedures
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good leadership and people management skills
Computer literacy with good excel skills
Proficiency in Cantonese and English
