Carrier Senior Engineer in Hong Kong

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage service job including quotation, booking, execution, customer service, technical support, etc.

  • Manage project job including cost estimation, quotation, tender submission, booking, execution, procurement, test & commission, payment application, handover, etc.

  • Communicate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors to maintain good customer relationships and for project delivery.

  • Develop sustainable service growth strategy.

Role Purpose:

  • Maintain effective communications with customers and field team members for better service needs.

  • Develop diverse product knowledge and perform diagnostic procedures.

  • Analyze and interpret information to resolve design/system related problems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience.

  • Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

  • A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience is preferred.
