UL, LLC Project Coordinator in Hong Kong

Project Coordinator in UL Hong Kong CTECH team to mainly support certification office work for UL office in Asia Pacific.

  • Communicates with a client and obtain information and samples needed for product evaluations and factory inspections.

  • Coordinates work with customer service specialists, testing staff, evaluation staff and factory inspection staff to complete Certification projects.

  • Compiles or coordinates to compile all documents for Certification staff to make a certification.

  • Takes the lead on any project status communications technical issues, test standard explanations, certification requirements and UL procedures and requirements. Works with the team to resolve any customer issues.

  • Supports sales staff in determining project specifications, such as cost, time and sample requirements for customers and areas of responsibility that are assigned.

  • Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques specifically for project process and document management.

  • Travel may be possible to attend industry related events at customer locations or at other UL locations.

  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.

  • Performs other duties as directed.

• University degree in Business Administration or related field plus generally 2 years of directly related experience (preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to independently identify needs for projects or programs, formulate

• Objectives, plan and execute projects and/or programs, and manage programs.

• Fluent in English, Putonghua and Japanese (Preferred)
