About the Role:

The Senior Reward Advisor serves as the primary Compensation partner to HR and Business Leaders and leads the delivery of key compensation programs in support of the business strategy.


  • Serve as primary Compensation partner to HR and Business Leaders in the US and Europe. Provide support for ongoing daily Compensation activities and annual Compensation cycle management and planning.

  • Responsible for day-to-day coordination, analysis and administration of compensation programs, including advising on offers and promotions, market pricing, internal equity reviews and job architecture.

  • Lead or participate in managing global Reward initiatives

  • Use analysis and experience to deliver reward solutions that support the business strategy

  • Be an active and influential partner to HR and Business and support their ongoing compensation needs/requests

  • Create / conduct analyses and presentations

  • Evaluate and make recommendations to improve compensation processes


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of related Compensation experience

  • Strong MS Office skills. Advanced Excel skills required.

  • Experience working in a global company preferred

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Strong Project Management

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with leaders of all levels in the organization
