We are looking for an authentic and driven Maintenance Assistant (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel and embrace your unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!

As a Maintenance Assistant, we will support you to :

What do you need to be a Maintenance Assistant? Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be be supporting our Maintenance team to work behind the scenes and ensure that our Hotel is a safe environment for guests and team members, working on ad hoc-jobs and communicating with the wider Hotel teams to fix problems when they arise (and predicting them before they do!). Availability to work 4 shifts per week (4-on, 4-on shift pattern) plus on-call charge, including weekends and bank holidays
Experience working as a Maintenance assistant, Plumber, Electrician or Painter/Decorator within a Hotel environment
Knowledge of Health and Safety and passionate about ensuring a safe working environment
Drive to produce results, we work together within the Kimpton family to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection.
