Your new role, what's involved?
The purpose of the role is to support the Business Rates team with the set up and management of client records on our database, taking ownership of the process, ensuring that correct procedures are followed, and records are kept up-to-date.
The Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Operational Team Leads to deliver project support.
Duties may include:
Setting up projects on the system
Working with Operational Leads to drive data quality across team
Ensuring projects are billed within the month cycle
Ensuring project forecasting is completed on a monthly cycle
Recording and updating project data within business management systems

This role will be ideally suited to a proficient administrator or someone starting their project management career who can demonstrate a high level of organisation and collaboration with senior staff, and who demonstrates the desire to constantly improve business data and support others to achieve that goal.
This will also be suited to someone who actively champions sharing knowledge and ideas, and who is keen on establishing and building professional relationships with relevant internal staff. We are looking for someone to apply a systematic process to finding solutions to data errors.
