Partnering with the regional HR team, and other key constituents to build and support strategy. The team plays a significant role in contributing to the employee value proposition in EMEA.

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing day-to-day consultation, guidance, and general program management on all EMEA C&B and wellness matters.

  • Ensuring a performance driven, market attractive, fair and compliant compensation and benefits program.

  • Scaling the EMEA function while balancing alignment with corporate C&B frameworks and local regulatory requirements.

  • Developing, delivering and maintaining effective program education/communication via e-mail, company Intranet and employee engagement platform, to increase understanding, promote programs and shape employee engagement.

  • Managing benefit vendor relationships.

  • Ensuring the administration of benefits is in line with current government regulations and company policy.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience developing, managing, and implementing global compensation programs and country-specific benefits and wellness programs.

  • Have the ability to identify challenges and develop appropriate solutions while meeting competing and shifting deadlines.

  • Have solid interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters.

  • Have experience identifying concepts, creating business cases, influencing senior management and creating key stakeholder buy-in.

  • Have awareness of C&B market trends and legislative requirements in the EMEA region.

  • Have experience in a matrixed organization, building relationships at all levels. Establishing trust, respect, competence and confidence.
