IHG Spa Supervisors and Therapists - Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort and Spa in Fiji

We want to make our guests’ experiences truly memorable from the very first moment they set foot in one of our Day Spa's. To set the right tone, we’re looking for Spa Supervisors and Spa Therapists capable of leaving no hot stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest relaxation.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Ensuring our guests are able to thoroughly relax through your professional and highly personalised service

● Ensuring that our guests are matched to the right treatments for their needs

● Explaining our spa products and treatments to our guests where required

● Deliver a warm and professional welcome to our guests

What We need from you:

● Communication and customer service skills

● Hands-on experience with a variety of massage, facial and body treatments in a hotel wellness environment

● Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability

● A high level of professionalism

● A High School diploma / qualification in Massage Therapy, specific product training

● Fluent English and local language are essential, any additional languages would be great

● For Supervisors - At least one years’ supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
