Physician Program Manager EMEA (m/w/d)

Der Physician Program Manager EMEA (m/w/d) beteiligt sich an der strategischen Planung unseres Ärzteprogramms und konzentriert sich auf die Umsetzung von Speaker Veranstaltungen sowie die Durchführung von Peer-to-Peer-Bildungsprogrammen: dies beinhaltet Online-Webinare und Veranstaltungen vor Ort in Krankenhäusern, Hotels, auf Kongressen und in ABIOMED-Einrichtungen.

Der PPM EMEA (m/w/d) arbeitet eng mit internen Interessenvertretern (Marketing/Medical Office/Legal) zusammen, um Programme zu koordinieren und umzusetzen, die die Mission von ABIOMED unterstützen, und um Aufklärung, Bewusstsein und Einführung der hämodynamischen Unterstützung hauptsächlich in Deutschland zu fördern.

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Entwicklung und Ausführung von Kundenprogrammen:

  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern bei der Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenprogrammen, die auf großen Messen abgehalten oder als separate Symposien etabliert werden.

  • Unterstützung des Speaker-Management-Prozesses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (Marketing/Medical Office)

  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Bildungsprogrammen und Schulungen an geeigneten Lehreinrichtungen

  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Bildungs-Webinar-Programmen

  • Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Veranstaltungsteam und externen Agenturen für die Koordination von Sprechern von Drittanbietern

  • Logistische Koordination für alle Veranstaltungen (Buchung von Reisen, Hotel, Catering usw.)

  • Kontrolle und Sicherstellung des FU-Prozesses bezüglich HCP-Engagements (Einladung/ /Briefing/Follow-up)

  • Analyse von Vertriebsdaten, Trends und Erstellung von Berichten

Qualifications

Fähigkeiten/Anforderungen:

  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik, insbesondere in professioneller medizinischer Aus- und Weiterbildung und/oder in einer Marketingfunktion

  • Erfahrung in der Gesundheitsbranche auf dem Gebiet der Kardiologie, Chirurgie oder Intensivstation erforderlich

  • Vertraut im Umgang mit MS Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word

  • SFDC (Salesforce) - Erfahrung

  • Hervorragende Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich)

  • Kritisches und strategisches Denken und Anpassungsfähigkeit in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld

  • Gute Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben mit mehreren Beteiligten zu bewältigen

  • Reisebereitschaft

  • Deutsch und English fließend (in Wort und Schrift)
