Purpose

As the Commercial Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be securing future sales by identifying, developing, and implementing necessary changes and innovative sales approaches within the MWC/PAD domain. This encompasses proactive efforts to stay informed about local healthcare laws and legal requirements, adopting a forward-looking perspective to anticipate potential shifts that could influence our operations and strategically positioning the business for long-term growth and success.

Key Duties

  • Collaborate with sales managers/sales reps to elevate sales performance in dedicated product segments.

  • Innovate new sales approaches to ensure future success.

  • Stay updated on legal changes in reimbursement and relevant healthcare areas, proposing proactive responses and leveraging them in collaboration with the Health Economics department.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Act as a strategic partner for sales managers/reps, exploring alternative business approaches.

  • Coordinate and participate in local exhibitions.

  • Contribute to new product launches by creating customer agreements for targets and discounts in collaboration with sales managers.

  • Coordinate marketing activities in tandem with the marketing department.

  • Assist Country Sales Managers/VP in strategic business planning.

  • Conduct internal and external sales training sessions to enhance sales excellence.

  • Ensure optimization of sales processes to meet customer expectations, currently focusing on cooperation with Italy (Progeo) and Sweden (Panthera).

    Qualifications and Experience

  • Technical and commercial education, with a proven sales background

  • 3-5 years of successful work experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role in the Rehabilitation or Med-Tech industry.

  • Proven track record of defining and implementing sales strategies for business growth and success

  • Valid driver's license

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
