Job Purpose and Impact

The WFM Configuration Expert is responsible for analyzing purchase systems and integrating them across multiple regions. In this role, you will align information technology infrastructure with complex business processes and data to improve efficiency and productivity. Ability to align business goals with technology solution. Expert in UKG hardware like clocks, biometric readers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Use a general understanding of architecture standards and business processes to define and govern the software applications direction.

  • Participate in investigations of moderately complex business and system issues to research and identify innovative solutions.

  • Follow documentation standards, test and debug software applications, configure software and support deployment and cutover activities to implement solution applications.

  • Compile, prioritize and coordinate implementation of enhancements and defect fixes.

  • Execute the strategy and planning of software applications in accordance with software compliance standards.

  • Interpret and understand data and business reporting from complex process areas across a subset of the organization.

  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of two years of related work experience.

  • Proven experience working with integration or implementations of Cloud based systems.

  • Must be a self-starter (entrepreneur spirit) and willing to work independently without daily supervision.

  • Introspective and a strong team player.

  • WFC experience is must and Dimensions experience is plus.

  • SQL and WFC WIM.

  • Good oral and written communication and organizational skills.

  • Having worked on a WFC to Dimensions migration.

  • English and Spanish language.

  • Experience working on various modules of Kronos and Dimensions (Attestation, Attendance, Accruals, Extensions etc.)

  • Knowledge of technical principles, practices, and procedures to implement and maintain system solutions.
