Identification of faults and events, review and monitoring of physical alarms and basic level of incident resolution.Reporting and monitoring of Incidents. Escalation of failures and incidents according to defined service levels. What we need to see from you Profile: Technician/Technologist/Professional in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering or related careers. Experience and knowledge working as a security analyst. Required skills: Proven experience with Managed 365 Security, Cloud Workload Security, MDR with Sentinel. Certification: SC-900.
