Job Description Summary

Closely work with headquarter and customer on engine/aircraft system integration for aircraft NPI projects. Responsible for engine performance related issues tracking and closure. Support aircraft flight test and onsite issue finding treatment

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work with customer and HQ to define and manage engine performance, (or aerodynamic, or heat transfer/thermal dynamic) between engine system and aircraft.

  • Support engine system design, optimization, and engine verification test.

  • Tracking engine system integration and installation issues, provide onsite engineering disposition.

  • Technically support engine performance or aerodynamic or heat transfer/thermal dynamic related aircraft engineering and certification tests

  • Drive cross function teams to execute hardware design and related analysis to achieve agreements and solutions

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or above, better have engine Performance or aerodynamic or heat transfer/thermal dynamic engineering background

  • Minimum of 2 additional years of experience in an engineering position or academic research position

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

  • Excellent leadership and influence skills

  • Self-confidence and a quick learner

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experiences on engine Performance or aerodynamic or heat transfer/thermal dynamic related test

  • Experiences on mechanical design and analysis

  • Experiences on technical negotiation and customer support

  • Frequent user of CATIA/UG, CFX/Fluent
