Job Overview

This critical position is responsible for the execution of the Regional Industrial Strategy and Deployment for APAC and long-term Capacity Management. Including medium and large-scale manufacturing footprint projects for the Industrial Commercial Transportation business unit. This highly organized individual with a strong project management background will lead cross-functional teams from the planning phase through the execution phase of each project.

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial and/or Construction Management

  • Minimum seven years’ experience in project management in an operations environment

  • Minimum five years’ experience in industrial project management

  • Experience in an operation position: Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Materials.

  • Experience in a minimum 3 product/production line transfers is preferred.

  • Large-scale greenfield project management experience is highly preferred

  • Bi-lingual in Chinese and English

  • Proficient in MS Project and AutoCAD or other layout software

  • License or certification: PMP Certification or Project Manager formal training (PMP, OSHA, PMI, HAZWOPER, AEE, ASHRAE, PE, AIA, LEED, PM)

  • Strong business acumen and prior experience owning project financials
