AT&T Account Manager in Brazil
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day agencies and ATDs relationships and sales ops processes for a number of our key strategic publisher accounts. This entails playing a key role in cultivating client relationships, setting business processes and providing business consultation as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. In this role, we are seeking a proactive, results-driven individual, with a skill for multi-tasking and a desire to grow their commercial career.

The Account Management team is a highly revenue-driven, result oriented sales team that manages our most strategic accounts. Our focus is to help our publisher clients to maximize the full potential of their inventory capabilities through our cutting-edge technology solutions, strategic business consulting and positioning ourselves as strong thought leaders in the industry. The team is very focused on fostering and growing our Agencies and ATDs clients relationships to help them meet their commercial objectives, as well as ours and become a valuable partner to them, as our partnerships expand.
About the job:
Act as the day-to-day named point of contact for a determined list of clients accounts, handling external operational requests to ensure a quick response to them.
Responsible for the development of clients ROB, leading them through strategic initiatives with spend growth goal through Programmatic Deals
Serve as internal cross-functional liaison for enabling our customers with top class account support, as well as align these internal teams and stakeholders in account vision and business delivery.
Solve clients needs and problems leveraging knowledge of Xandr Exchange potential and products features.
Skills and Qualifications:
- You know the digital media buying and/or have hands-on experience using programmatic sell and buy-side platforms (ideally working for an AdTech, DSP, agency, ad network, exchange or publisher).
• You have proven ability to excel in a client-facing, consultative role developing media solutions.
You care about solving big, systemic problems.
You look beyond the surface to understand root causes so that you can build long-term solutions for the whole ecosystem.

You love to consistently monitor and analyse in-flight campaigns results to ensure clients performance expectations are met or exceeded.
You are tenaciously for troubleshoot issues and, with the help of other our teams, open new opportunities to make our products more efficient and effective.
You have 3-7 years of post-college work experience working in Advertising Technology or Media Planning/Buying/Selling.
