We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our Application Support team in our Sydney or Brisbane CBD head office. 

 

The role provides high quality product support to our franchise customers and is part of a team who are the first point of contact for our franchise customers. Your interactions with our customers will enable their real estate business to be proficient in our applications and enable their business to be more productive. You will be passionate about customer service, a great team player, and an excellent problem solver who is capable of innovative thinking and problem solving. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Become highly knowledgeable on in-house applications and services. 

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, ticketing software, and Google chat. 

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 

  • Escalation of tickets to the appropriate teams where necessary. 

  • Continual improvement of our customer self-service knowledge base. 

     

    Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role. 

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes in technology.
