Project Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager (Infrastructure Design) to join our team! In this role, you will get to lead the design delivery of our upcoming infrastructure project including roads, bridges and utilities network.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of infrastructure projects.

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

  • Coordinate with the Client, stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a reputable university

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in design delivery management of infrastructure projects including roads , bridges and utilities network .​

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Bilingual proficiency (fluency in both English and Arabic).
