Serco Technical Business Consultant -Maximo/OpenShift in Virginia
Position Description
Secro seeks Maximo developers to join our Facilities and Asset Management team. We are growing and need bright, energetic, and engaged members for this exciting opportunity!
As a member of our elite team of the Application Developers, you will enrich the Practice by providinginnovative solutions to our broad customer base, helping them solve facilities and asset management challenges. We are known for our ability to implement, train, sustain and grow Maximo Developers successfully. We are proud that all our customers are referenceable.
This position required United States citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.

In this role you will:
Demonstrate a deep knowledge of facilities and asset management, and the data and processes that support implementing and supporting an CMMS/EAMS is crucial to the success in this role
Develop integrations between Maximo and external financial ERP applications
Mastery of configuring Maximo start centers, security groups, and reports for end users
Configure and design custom BIRT reports
Conduct solid prioritization and troubleshooting capabilities
Rapidly understand different business processes and then apply new technologies to increase efficiencies
Be inquisitive and assertive while building strong relationships and working effectively across multiple levels of the organization while designing solutions and supporting new and existing implementations
Present technological solutions to non-technical audiences, gather detailed business and functional requirements from groups and individuals, and provide business process and system subject matter expertise to our clients. Interacting with customers and being a strong, positive representative of Serco, is critical
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a US Governement Secret clearance
Bachelor's Degree
Must have 8-10 years of professional experience, 3-4 years of this experience specific to Maximo 7.x or Maximo Application Suite development
Familiarity with OpenShift deployments of Maximo and supporting cloud delivery of the application
Customer-facing consulting experience
A previous Maximo Developer Certification
Ability to travel up to 10%
