Job Description:

Do you have the career opportunities you want in your current role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Essentia Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)! In this position you will be: A care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of primarily elderly patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members. Works both cooperatively and independently, to work efficiently under stress.

Education Qualifications:

FTE is a FLEX: 0.6 (24hrs/week) up to 0.9 (36hrs/week)

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Current Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) / CPR certification required within 6 months of hire.
