Universal Health Services Human Resources Coordinator in VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia

Responsibilities

Start the new year with an exciting new Career at Virginia Beach Psychiatric Center! VBPC provides acute psychiatric and substance abuse services for adults in need. We are currently looking for passionate and detail oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our amazing team!

Responsibilities:

Office Administration

-Maintain employee personnel files; create, filing documents and storing terminated employees’ files.

-Photocopying and filing.

-Ordering office supplies.

-Document and track compliance for required activities.

Recruiting

-Oversee ATS system/process for all applicants

-Forward resumes to hiring managers

  • Oversee VBPC job postings on our career site and Indeed

-Schedule and facilitate new hire paperwork

-Onboarding preparation; personnel file set-up, prepare orientation packets, set up training space

-Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

-Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

-Minimum of one year of administrative experience.

-Preferred: One year of experience in human resources or related field.

-Experience with recruiting and use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ICIMS preferred.

-Demonstrated proficiency utilizing office systems such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
