As a Certified Payroll Specialist at RQ Construction, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with DBA/DBRA regulations by implementing and maintaining certified payroll policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include reviewing certified payroll reports, completing document control audits, and managing the regional certified payroll program. You will serve as a vital link between the company and the Department of Labor, addressing compliance issues and communicating potential problems to Senior Management. Utilizing electronic certified payroll software, you will collaborate with the project team to find solutions and uphold labor compliance requirements. To excel as a Certified Payroll Specialist at RQ Construction candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least two years of DBA/DBRA compliance program management experience. Proficiency in electronic certified payroll software such as LCPtracker is essential, as is a background in administrative support. Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Applications and Oracle, are preferred. Candidates with business or administrative college coursework and previous experience in Federal Construction Compliance will be given priority. The ability to navigate regulatory requirements, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are key to success in this role.
