Position Overview: We’re seeking experienced Professional Painters for our team, focusing on residential projects and lead remediation in line with EPA RRP and OSHA Lead Safe Work Practices. This role includes painting, basic carpentry for trim work, and replacement window installations, among other responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality painting services for both interior and exterior residential projects.

  • Prepare surfaces with both hand and power tools, ensuring safety and efficiency.

  • Utilize safe ladder practices and proficiently operate spray painting equipment.

  • Carry out basic carpentry tasks, including precise trim work and window replacements, adhering to lead remediation safety standards.

  • Reliable transportation to job sites is essential, as is the competent use of Microsoft Teams for assignment management and daily progress reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable painting experience, emphasizing surface preparation and safety.

  • Carpentry skills for trim and window work.

  • Knowledge of lead remediation protocols.

  • Independent work ethic, proficiency in Microsoft Teams, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
