Piercetek is a leading engineering firm specializing in Design, Development, Integration and Improvement of Robotics, Automation and Controls in the manufacturing industry. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual in all phases of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

General responsibilities include: Processing payments and invoices - This includes paying invoices, verifying transaction information, and obtaining authorization for payment. Reconciling accounts - This includes reconciling accounts payable and receivable, and outstanding account balances. Resolving discrepancies - This includes identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise. Preparing financial documents - This includes preparing and mailing invoices, inventory reports, account statements, and other financial statements. Collecting revenue - This includes reminding delinquent accounts and notifying customers of insufficient payments. Preparing financial reports - This includes collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Responding to inquiries - This includes responding to inquiries from vendors and customers. Submitting sales tax returns - This includes preparing and submitting sales tax returns requirements. Ordering equipment and maintaining inventory of those items.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and possess a college degree in accounting with strong computer skills. Previous experience in the Manufacturing field helpful. (OJT)
