Job Description

  • Support de niveau 1 sur les problématiques liées aux applications ERP, PdM et Digital Manufacturing, en coordination avec le support niveau 2 lorsque nécessaire.

Collecte et standardisation des besoins UO,

Test des modifications logicielles

Formations des utilisateurs

  • Extraire et mettre en forme les données nécessaires équipe de production ou de support a la production

  • En accord avec le service Digitalisation, modification ou création de mini applications visant a servir de POC (Proof Of Concept) visant a résoudre une problématique opérationnelle urgente et allant servir de base pour les futurs développement standardisés pour la division

Job Requirements

Connaissance des procédés Méthodes et de la fabrication de nos produits.

Faculté d'analyse nécessaire.

Aptitude a communiquer.

Maitrise des outils informatiques.

Connaissances en développement et test de logiciels.
