Responsibilities

Searching for CNC Machinist.

  • Prepare and set up CNC EDM, MILL,LASER, LATHE machines for production runs.

  • Install and secure workpieces, tooling, and electrodes.

  • Develop and write CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Debug and optimize programs to ensure efficient and accurate machining.

  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish metal workpieces.

  • Perform quality checks on completed parts using precision measuring instruments.

  • Make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and specifications.

  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure proper functioning.

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records of machine settings, tool changes, and production data.

  • Document any issues, repairs, or adjustments made during the machining process.

  • Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
