Responsibilities
Searching for CNC Machinist.
Prepare and set up CNC EDM, MILL,LASER, LATHE machines for production runs.
Install and secure workpieces, tooling, and electrodes.
Develop and write CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
Debug and optimize programs to ensure efficient and accurate machining.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy.
Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish metal workpieces.
Perform quality checks on completed parts using precision measuring instruments.
Make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure proper functioning.
Identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
Maintain accurate records of machine settings, tool changes, and production data.
Document any issues, repairs, or adjustments made during the machining process.
Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
