HR EXCELLENCE PARTNER
Job Summary :
As the HR Excellence Partner, you will be an instrumental member of our HR team working across the EMEA region. In this role, you will provide leadership to bring critical HR Excellence initiatives to successful delivery. You will serve as a “thought leader” to drive functional excellence, define measurement and visual controls that enable transformation, deliver key reporting, analytics and change management to enable a best-in-class employee experience and achieve our enterprise goals around uplifting our people, culture and communities.
You will report into the HR Excellence Leader EMEAand be a part of a collaborative, dynamic, diverse HR team that values autonomy, flexibility, and teamwork.
The HR Excellence Partner can work remote or hybrid from any of our European locations (or MiddleEast) and will work together with people from different regions (EMEA, US, Australia).
Responsibilities:
Support the HR Excellence in a broad range of areas, including but not limited to: HR technology, data management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee health and wellbeing, employee engagement, talent development and leadership development.
Be the regional process owner for PeopleSoft Data administration.
Assess and optimize HR processes (e.g., onboarding/offboarding) while maintaining a holistic view of global standard and regional/local requirements, collaborating with global, regional, and local stakeholders.
Own and drive standard work for regional processes, including design of process improvements which impact efficiency, effectiveness, orsatisfaction, process documentation, training, audits and continuous process optimization.
You will have the opportunity to master best in class analytics tools (like Visier, Tableau, Alteryx) to derive the required information to support the metrics and trackers.
Support our HR Monthly Operating Review, and leverage insights for potential improvement opportunities (just do it’s, rapid improvement events or full-blown projects).
Track project plans to ensure progress towards goals and targets.
Handle a mix of both programmatic responsibilities as well more tactical or operational tasks.
Manage expectations and build genuine and lasting relationships with cross-project stakeholders across HR as well as other functions to build rapport and credibility.
Promote and ensure effective use of engagement and communication processes / tools and provide proactive input for improvement in this area.
Support HR town halls and organization updates for the Thermo King EMEA HR team.
Work alongside the HR leadership team to track and support HR financials and various internal and external audits as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
3-5 years’ experience in HR functional areas such as HR operations/ shared services, HR Projects, Process Mapping or Process Improvement, Talent Management.
Experience and interest in HR technology, project management, data analytics, change management and lean principles, methodologies, and tools.
Tech savvy with a passion for business tools and HR systems.
Required language is English; French or German is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in relationship building and collaboration with leaders, ability to operate effectively in an international, matrix environment.
Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
