Unilever Assistant Store and Sales Promotion Manager in Vientiane, Laos

Purpose:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The core responsibility of the job is to drive growth in Champa Channel through outlet transformation and promoter deployment.

  • Channel Plan and Operation: Developing and implementing channel plan including No. Store & No. Champa Promoters enrollment, better stores, and better service strategy. Ensure everything goes with the plan and on ground brilliant execution.

  • Capability Building: Designing training tools for building up our promoter training and workshop and on ground coaching.

  • Channel Analysis: Using external and internal information such marketing trends, Customer, and shopper’s insight to evaluate the market in the purpose of finding issue and growth opportunities for your respectful account/channel.

  • Budgeting: Proposing activities with budget planning according to the company guideline.

  • Team Coordination: Facilitating meetings and discussions between external and internal Unilever operation team to identify specific channel issue and growth opportunity to deliver short-term sales forecast.

  • Competitor movement: Monitoring our main competitor doing through our promoters and quick action for strategy responses.

Skills and Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate needs good interpersonal skills, time management and task prioritization skills with strong data analytics, critical thinking, and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in sales/marketing or business.

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales Force/Marketing in FMCG Industry.

  • Excellence of communication in English both written and spoken.

  • Excellence of operating computer such as Excel, Data Analysis and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work individually but also a good team player.

  • Curious and keen to learn more to improve personal and team capacity.
