Responsibilities: · Research and Analysis: Research relevant topics and issues. Analyze data and information to support decision-making processes. Prepare reports and summaries of findings. · Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as tracking clients activity, maintaining client records, reporting on key metrics, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files. Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and presentations. · Communication: Assist in the development of communication materials, such as newsletters, press releases, or social media posts. Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions. Interact with clients to understand their needs and work accordingly. · Customer Relationship: Must ensure that clients receive exceptional customer service. This includes responding to inquiries promptly, addressing concerns, managing expectations, interacting regularly with clients, understanding their needs, and working to meet those needs. · Policy and Program Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and programs.
