Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized business analyst (Presentation Specialist) to join our team. As a business Analyst (Presentation Specialist), you will be responsible for creating visually compelling presentations, content, and documents that effectively communicate complex ideas and data.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders

  • Collaborate with various departments to create compelling presentation materials for technical and business pitches, executive meetings, and other important events and summits

  • Organize and manage a large volume of documents and data using spreadsheets, word documents, PowerPoint, and other organizational tools

  • Design templates and create graphics that visually enhance the content of presentations and documents

  • Ensure that all materials adhere to Navy Federal brand guidelines and standards

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of best practices in presentation design and data visualization and content management

  • Provide training and support to colleagues on effective presentation techniques and web portals, sharepoint, and software tools

  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work with minimum supervision

  • Continuously seek to improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, marketing, or communications

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software tools

  • Proven ability to create visually engaging presentations and documents

  • Excellent organizational and content management skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
