YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager, you will be responsible for driving our account-based marketing strategies to target key accounts and maximize revenue opportunities. Your primary areas of focus will be around running ABM campaigns and ads to drive expansion and new pipeline, owning and managing 6sense, and collaborating closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and Executing ABM campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize targeted ABM campaigns to engage key accounts and drive pipeline growth. Utilize data-driven insights to tailor messaging and content to specific buyer personas within target accounts

  • Manage ABM tooling: Own and manage our ABM toolset, including 6sense, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and other relevant technologies. Leverage these tools to identify and prioritize target accounts, track engagement, and measure campaign effectiveness.

  • Buyer Journey Development: Refine the buyer's journey for target accounts, mapping out key touchpoints and content strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel

  • ABM Playbooks: Expand on current and build more playbooks documenting ABM processes

  • Customer Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to nurture and expand existing customers. Collaborate with customer success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, deliver personalized content, and further understand their needs

  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Provide guidance to sellers on ABM best practices, campaign strategies, and engagement tactics.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Analyze ABM campaign performance, monitoring metrics like engagement, conversions, and pipeline contribution. Deliver regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting areas for optimization.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 2-5 years of experience in ABM, preferably within a B2B SaaS, cybersecurity environment

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful ABM campaigns, driving measurable results in pipeline growth and revenue.

  • Expert in ABM tooling, in addition to Salesforce

  • Proficiency in launching and managing ads across different stages of the funnel

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
