Key Responsibilities:

Together with the Hub Leads you are responsible to successfully manage a 100 Mio € plus business.

Being a member of the Core Management Team your responsibilities include the following:

· Together with the Hub Lead and the Segment CEO you will drive the organizational change management.

· Application of proven management methods and business systematics to improve profitability.

· Driving and improving together with the process owners the organization-specific processes, guidelines, and rules.

· Responsibility that the organization is implementing and adhering to the Grid Control process and tool landscape

· Maintaining and overseeing the process adherence cockpit, collaborate with Project Managers to improve on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as NCCs (Non-Conformance Costs), time-to-start, time-to-value, and delta sales-margin vs. order entry margin vs. PAC-margin to ensure a continuous and measurable process improvement.

· Facilitation of methods and events to improve collaboration of engineering, bid, and delivery line managers, as well as project teams, to ensure the effective application of our global GC process landscape.

· Benchmarking: Conduct internal benchmarking of different locations to assess their adherence to global process standards and identify areas for improvement and progress tracking of corrective measures.

· Maturity Assessments: Perform maturity assessments of processes and work with the Hub Lead to develop and agree upon improvement measures.

· Interacting with the global Quality Organization.

· Exchange with Business Transformation Managers across all Hubs to ensure common practices globally.

· You will report to the Hub Lead and to the global Segment CEO.

Qualifications:

· A proven track record in managing a team in a global, intercultural setting.

· 5+ years in managing external customer projects with proven experience in process management and facilitation, contract management, change management.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Engineering

· Experience in managing an organization applying a target system, balanced scorecard, OKR

· Knowledge of software-solution-specific processes and standards is a plus.

· Fluent in English
