The Role:

BV is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with 10+ years of experience. The candidate should have a proven track record of success in overseeing renewable energy projects (> 100 MW) on site activities. This may include budget, schedule, quality, risk, contract and stakeholder management, supervise the construction, procurement activities, involve with the negotiation with EPC, manage industrial relations etc.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the site-based activities liaising with engineers, subcontractors

• Manage the project budget, monitor and approve expenditures

• Ensure the project is completed with quality, permit compliance and safety standards

• Managing the communication channels throughout the project

• Oversee the procurement activities

• Manage the project risk and attend NCRs

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Storage leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work under high pressure environment
