Assists in the direction of all Food & Beverage operations. Supports, administers, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives. Create effective and efficient schedules, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives and achieving guest satisfaction. Able to think strategically and operationally about factors such as: pricing, quality, marketing, price/value perceptions, guest satisfaction, employee training and development.

Responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department and provides recommendations; ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns to manager. Assists in the maintenance and development of procedures for food service and inspects menu items for maximum guest satisfaction. Assists Multi-Restaurant Managers to ensure efficient sanitary and pleasant service for all guests.

Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

Ensures that the receiving, holding and issuance, production and service of products are within the quality and control standards. Assists in maintaining cost control methods and procedures by monitoring consistent pars and inventory.

Associates degree (A.A) in related field; two years of Food and Beverage experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum two years previous supervisory experience required.

Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook).
