Position Summary

As an Investor Relations Manager , you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining relationships with the company's investors, shareholders, and financial analysts. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely information to investors and top management, analyze market trends, and assist in the development and execution of investor relations strategies.

A Day in the Life of an Investor Relations Manager

  • Analyze and understand Nestlé's operations and trading performance, financial results, reporting and sustainability initiatives

  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual earnings releases, as well as other investor-related materials linked to the Group’s strategic narrative and investment case

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, market trends, and competitor performance to provide insights and recommendations to management

  • Coordinate and support investor meetings, conference calls, and events

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with investors and financial analysts

  • Respond to investor inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, disclosure requirements, and best practices in investor relations

  • Support the Investor Relations team in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives

What will make you successful

  • Master’s degree in Finance/ Accounting or Business Administration/ Economics

  • Demonstrable experience as an Investor Relations Manager within a Global company is essential

  • Exposure to Strategic Finance roles (Controlling, FP&A)

  • Excellent Financial communication skills

  • Uique combination of strong communication and analytical skills

  • FMCG company experience is highly desirable

  • Proficient in the English language (preferably native speaker)
