United Health Services Non Invasive Vascular Lab Technologist in Vestal, New York

  • Position Overview

  • Ensures that the evaluation of Vascular Lab procedures, equipment and staff are administered in a fashion that is accurate, timely, responsive and reliable. Customers served include UHSH employees, Medical Staff, patients and regulatory agencies. Priority will be given to activities that directly affect customer service.

  • Education/Experience

  • Minimum Required:

  • Associate’s degree in Applied Science in vascular technology.

  • Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy, hemodynamics as well as color flow doppler principles.

  • Preferred:

  • Not Applicable

  • License/Certification

  • Minimum Required:

  • Registered or Registry eligible by the ARDMS or CCI as a registered vascular technologist (RVT).

  • Staff who are Registry eligible are required to successfully pass the Registry exam achieving “Active Registry Status” within one year from the date of hire.

  • Preferred:

  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
