We are seeking a Team Supervisor to join our team at our program in Verona, PA.  Earn $49,160 / year with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.  The Team Supervisor (TS) is a management position, responsible for the direct supervision and discipline of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and oversight of day-to-day operations of assigned homes. The TS holds primary responsibility for site-based compliance to PA Office of Developmental Programs' regulations, Administrative Entity (AE) requirements and implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs), and Merakey policies and standards. The Team Supervisor assumes the onsite leadership role in assuming the health, safety, and contentment of the individual's service. TS's are expected to exercise discretion and independent judgment in achieving objectives. Work will be reviewed by the supervisor (Program Specialist or Administrator) through regularly scheduled and informal meetings and evaluation reports.
